A Super Condition Bush & Co Quart Pewter Export Mug

This pewter Export Mug was made by Robert Bush & Co. The Companies starting dates are uncertain but would likely date from around the 1760's until 1793.

This fine example is about as nice as they come. The body exhibits pronounced chatter marks from turning on the lathe. The handle still shows the scrape marks from the hand finishing.

The mark is fine as struck. The mug is 6" tall to the top of the lip.(W&P)
