This is one of the many different size and design sauce boats made by Henry Joseph, London, 1736-84.
Joseph was a major exporter to America. His wares include teapots, sugarbowls, creamers, flagons, and baby bottles. He had many different designs following the fashion trends of the period.
The quality of his work in design and materials is tops.
This sauce boat is in very good condition with some spotty pitting on the inside of the bowl. The touch is in good condition.
This is 6 1/2" long and 3 1/2" wide.
