A Pair of Unmarked Boardman Tall Chalices - SOLD

The Shop of Thomas Danforth Boardman and all of his partnerships produced some of the finest pewter and Britannia ware of the 19th century. Pewter for use in communion sets was a significant portion of the production of this man.

This pair of unmarked chalices are in very fine condition. The measure 7 3/16" tall to the lip. They are of a very simple yet elegant design. Boardman also produced chalices using the same cup with shorter bases.
