A Pewter Flower Handle Porringer with a Most Unusual Foot - SOLD

This flower handle pewter porringer has a distinct foot turned into the back of the bowl. In the forty years I have been in business, this is the first example I have had with this treatment.

The flat bottom was turned in a manner resulting with a distinct "foot" at the outer edge.

The handle is very delicate and appears very close to the Jones mold. The bowl measures 4 15/16" with an overall length of 7 5/16".

There is a slight amount of etching on the inside of the bowl, the linen mark is very strong. A handsome porringer with an unusual feature
