A Unmarked Boardman Coronet Handle Pewter Porringer - SOLD

This unmarked coronet handle porringer is a product of the Boardman Shops in Hartford, Connecticut. Boardmans' production of porringers began when his business did in 1804 and continued into the 1830's.

Boardman's day books at the Connecticut Historical Society show a marked decline in porringer production after the later date.

This porringer is in fine condition and measures 3 15/16" in diameter with an overall length of 5 1/2"
