&This pewter ice cream mold is in the form of a dog. The mold is marked E Co. for Eppelsheimer and Co. from New York City. I found on the web that the expertise for the mold design and making were the creative abilities of a Joseph Micelli, Sr. The number 390 is the catalog number.
The mold measures 3 3/4" across when closed.
