This pair of Rufus Dunham pewter "sparking" lamps are most interesting. They were found together and all characteristics of wear and use indicate they are a "pair". What is interesting is one has a pewter burner with pewter threads on the font, the other a brass burner with brass threads on the font.
Both are in fine condition with fine marks. They measure 4 3/4" tall to the top of the burner. Dunham worked in Westbrook, Maine from 1837-1860.(ON HOLD)
