A Most Unusual Gadrooned Pewter Lamp Attributed to the Meriden Britannia Co. - SOLD

A Most Unusual Gadrooned Pewter Lamp Attributed to the Meriden Britannia Co.

This is a Most Unusual Gadrooned Pewter Lamp Attributed to the Meriden Britannia Co. There are three bands of gadrooning on the lamp. Two on the font and along the edge of the base.

The lamp has an unusual burner shape. Also the fluid tubes are made from tinned sheet iron. This is not the norm. Most all other fluid tube burners have the tubes made from brass.

The lamp is in very good condition and retains the original burner caps and chain.

The lamp measures 7 3/8" to the top of the burner tube caps.
