A Beautifully Made Brass Skimmer - SOLD

This beautifully made brass skimmer is likely from the early 19th century.

The skimmer portion appears to be cast and lathe finished. The handle is cast and nicely finished. The two parts are riveted together.

Either English or American manufacture. 18" long. The skimmer is 6" in diameter.
