A Pair of Unmarked American Trumpet Shaft Candlesticks - SOLD

This pair of 9 7/8" trumpet shaft pewter candlesticks date circa 1830-50.

This pair of pewter candlesticks have their original removable bobeches. The shaft is "trumpet" shaped. The bases have a gentle shape.

An attractive pair in fine condition. Note the underside of the base is left unfinished. Many makers of candlesticks left the underside this way. (ON HOLD)
